Brent Nongbri is Professor of History of Religions at the Norwegian School of Theology, Religion and Society (MF) in Oslo, specializing in early Christian manuscripts and papyrology. His peer-reviewed analysis in the Journal of Theological Studies demonstrated that neither Codex Sinaiticus nor Vaticanus has been radiocarbon dated, and that paleographic evidence permits a wider date range than traditionally assumed.
