Stargate Project / Remote Viewing Archive

The Stargate Project was a U.S. government program (1972-1995) conducted at SRI International and later SAIC that investigated remote viewing—claimed psychic perception of distant targets—for military and intelligence purposes, producing 12+ million pages of declassified documentation. The 1995 American Institutes for Research review found no actionable intelligence ever produced, and the 1988 National Research Council deemed the methodology 'fatally flawed,' meaning government experimentation itself does not constitute validation of the phenomena.
